Letter from the Committee

Dear Campers.

May I take this opportunity to thank you for reading this letter.

EWDA has had another successful year, and I would like to thank the committee for all their hard work in arranging a full programme of events for us all to enjoy.

EWDA is facing a very difficult time this season, as several members of the committee are standing down after serving the D.A, For a number of years. This will leave us with only 4 committee members and a Treasurer. The Camping and Caravanning constitution states that you must have a minimum of six committee members to run the DA

I am sure you all agree that this pastime of ours is very enjoyable, and we have had offers to help out at weekends, but unless we can get members to come forward to fill vacant committee positions the future of the DA is questionable.

If anyone is able to commit themselves just for one season that would be appreciated, I am always available to give any information you may need, please think about it. It would be a pity to see EWDA disappear from the Cambrian and Wyvern Region Calender.
